Job Requirements:

  • – 23 years of age to qualify for Driver Training Program
  • – Pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • – Clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license
  • – Ability to lift 50-lbs, stoop, bend and be on feet for most of shift
  • – Clearly communicate to others in English
  • – High school diploma or GED
  • – Basic computer knowledge (how to navigate the web, or input data)


  • – Forklift drivers certificate
  • – 2 years general warehouse experience
  • – Experience loading and unloading flatbeds, ISO containers, and box vans


  • – Inspect materials for defects and note on inspection form
  • – Use forklift to unload, move and load materials
  • – Accurately pick orders according to pick list or verbal direction
  • – Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
  • – Double check inbound and outbound loads for accuracy
  • – Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • – Organize stock and do inventory cycle counts
  • – Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • – Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • – Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
